Available mid-November through December

Experience a tsunami of sweetness and flavor when you take a taste of The Satsuma Mandarin! It has perfect timing too - it's super-fresh and in-season during the holidays.

Many say Satsuma Mandarins are the sweetest of all citrus fruits with just the right touch of tang. This dark orange fruit has loose, slightly bumpy skin that practically peels itself! Satsumas are usually seedless, though one or two may contain a few cream-colored seeds.

They are named for the Satsuma province on the island of Kyushu at the very southwestern tip of Japan. Introduced to the United States in the 18th century, Satsumas are cultivated in Florida and southern Georgia. And now, they are available as an amazing gift for you to send to friends and family during the holidays. Satsumas are available in November and December.
